Red Carnation Hotels are a collection of family-run, award-winning boutique hotels in the UK, Ireland, South Africa, Switzerland and the USA. Each hotel is a landmark of history and tradition, with an exceptional reputation for exquisite fine dining, leading spas and sumptuous surroundings. Great pride is taken in delivering warm, thoughtful and highly personalised service and they understand the importance of sound in creating the best possible guest experiences. Following their successful appointment at The Chesterfield, CGA Integration have been working with music provider SoundTrack your brand, to enhance AV in public areas at three further Red Carnation London venues; The Montague on the Gardens, The Milestone & The Rubens at the Palace, including bar and the lounge at Hotel 41.
Challenges
The main challenge was ensuring that work was carried out with minimal disruption. The hotels were all fully trading and no other contractual or decorative work was being undertaken at the time of the AV installations.
Technical
Rubens at the Palace Old speakers were replaced with new EV Evid wall speakers and Cloud ceiling speakers in both the lounge & bar and new EV Evid ceiling speakers were fitted in the Leopard Champagne bar. A new rack, Cloud amps and QSC control system were installed to allow control of the sound via an iPad app and new ‘SoundTrack your brand’ music players were fitted.
