Successful venues have efficient and effective systems control and management.
Current technology allows AV systems to be monitored remotely or across the network to identify any maintenance issues and deal with them before they become a problem. It is also possible to switch off guest room appliances centrally in unoccupied rooms and monitor usage to improve services. This ensures; reduced running costs, reduced carbon footprint and an enhanced guest experience.
The use of AV technology to enhance Back of House is also growing; installation of sound systems and digital signage to ensure that staff arrive and leave work in a pleasant environment and are kept up to speed with staff news to keep them motivated and ‘living the Brand’.
